What is a Posture Screening?

A posture screening is a non-invasive, easy way to check spinal health and discover the ways in which our posture affects daily living.  By using a simple program we can take two quick photos and use them to show you potential problems before they become worse. 

How much does it cost?

Our office provides posture screenings absolutely FREE.  Our office donates our time so we can teach people about how Chiropractic care can provide a lower-cost, healthy method of reducing stress and increasing overall wellness.  It is our way of giving back to the community and helping everyone feel better.

How does my company participate?

Once we’ve booked a date, our office handles all the other details of the event so you don’t have to worry about anything.  We’ll stop by your location and determine the best place for us to set up our posture screening station – which doesn’t even need to be a large space.  All we need is an unobstructed 10’ lane in which to take our pictures, and a small table for screening participants to fill out a short pre-screening survey. 

The day of your event, we will set up a small table, and invite everyone down to fill out a short survey.  As surveys are filled out we’ll take the necessary 2 photos of each participant.  They can then go on their way or stay while we look over the results – each posture screening can take less than 5 minutes!  We will then email the results of the posture screening to each participant within 48 hours of the event. 

How easy is it to book a date?

Setting up a date is very easy!  We are able to do a posture screening event with less than a week’s notice.  All you have to do is contact our office with the dates and times that work best for you, and a quick estimate of how many people you think would be interested in receiving a posture screening.  We will then let you know what time we will be able to stop by to set up our table.  With enough notice we will even stop by in advance to drop off flyers for you to help advertise your event.

  • Health Fair/Screening location must be within 3 miles of our office - as the crow flies.  We can occasionally make exceptions to this rule if you have a large enough group or special interest.
  • You must have a minimum of 10 interested recipients (Employees, staff, students or volunteers) for us to organize a health fair/screening event.
  • We offer 1 screening event per 50 employees/volunteers per 6 month period.  For example, if you have 100 employees/volunteers we can arrange for 2 events per 6 month period (or 1 per 3 month period).

It is our office's policy that if you book an event with us and then cancel within 24 hours of your event you will not be able to book an event with us for 6 months following that date.  This is due to the fact that we have to arrange a large number of details for your event, including booking an event coordinator who could be working to assist other clients.  If you need to reschedule, please just be sure to do so with more than 24 hours notice!  Thanks!
